With qualifications in both England and Wales as well as Mexico, she possesses a unique blend of legal knowledge and cultural understanding, allowing her to navigate international business transactions seamlessly. Fluent in English and Spanish, Emma is adept at bridging communication gaps and ensuring effective collaboration in cross-border deals.
In addition to her expertise in M&A, Emma brings knowledge in capital markets. Within our Corporate team, she has advised and guided clients through initial public offerings (IPOs), helping clients successfully transition to the public market. Her comprehensive understanding of the process, and disclosure requirements ensures that her clients are well-prepared for the complexities of the capital markets.
Emma works primarily in our London office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
