DMH Stallard advises the shareholders of Raw Cut Ventures Ltd on sale

DMH Stallard LLP has advised the shareholders of Raw Cut Ventures Ltd (“Raw Cut”) on their sale of Raw Cut to Zinc Media Group plc (“Zinc”).

Raw Cut is the UK’s market leader in “Blue Light” programming, producing popular returning series such as Police Interceptors and Road Wars. In addition, Raw Cut is known for its critically acclaimed True Crime, History, and Feature Documentaries for leading streamers and broadcasters including Netflix, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

Zinc is an award-winning television, brand and audio production group, listed on AIM.

Kate Partridge, Corporate Partner at DMH Stallard, acted for the shareholders of Raw Cut and led on the deal. She said:
