We advised an entertainment company on immigration and right to work check requirements, including the obtaining and maintaining of a sponsor licence for migrant workers. Provided commercial and employment advice for a renowned performing arts company based in Central London. This included outsourcing arrangements, restructuring, advice related to ticketing solutions, and a number of agreements with artists, promoters, and TV production companies amongst others.
