DMH Stallard also encourages career progression for support staff and plans to introduce more apprentices into the business following the success of one of their first apprentices, Regan Shaw in Credit Control who has successfully completed the CICM Level 2 Apprenticeship. He will be moving on to complete the Level 3 Apprenticeship in the new year.

“We think it’s important to give all employees the opportunity to develop and progress and it’s great to see Regan doing so well in his apprenticeship.”
