Gemma often advises professional service firms on the collection of their debts.
She has significant expertise in dealing with high volume debt recovery work for organisations in both the private and public sectors, and across a diverse range of industry sectors, with a particular emphasis on professional service firms.
Gemma is very well regarded by clients who value her efficient handling of cases and quick response times.
Gemma qualified as a Member of the Institute for Legal Executives (ILEx) in June 2005 and became an ILEx Fellow in August 2007.
She has been an Associate with DMH Stallard LLP since 1 January 2020.

Works with the wider Debt Recovery team to aid Canon in the pursuit of debtors using pre-action methods.
UNPAID FEES
Worked alongside the Debt Recovery team to assist BDO LLP with the recovery of their unpaid professional services fees, employee loans and overpayment of salaries.
MISTAKEN PAYMENTS
Works with a major bank in relation to the recovery of mistaken payments.
