Work highlights

DOMESTIC ABUSE

Amber recently achieved settlement on a highly contentious case involving complex business and international assets, acting for a client who had been the victim of a severe level of domestic abuse. The case involved assets in Croatia and Spain as well as England and required a cross-jurisdictional approach.

CHILD ARRANGEMENTS

Amber acted for a father who went from 50/50 shared care with his children to months of limited contact in a contact centre. She secured an agreement out of court and the father is now back to largely shared care of his children.

CHILDREN ACT

Securing a successful outcome on a Section 13 leave to remove Children Act 1989 application.
