Employment solicitor advising organisations and senior executives on a variety of employment law matters.

Eloise advises both organisations and senior executives on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law, which includes providing clients with day to day support on HR issues such as disciplinaries and grievances, providing employment tribunal support and advising on exit arrangements.

Prior to joining DMH Stallard, Eloise was part of Warner Bros.’ Employment legal team, where she completed her training contract and then qualified as a solicitor in September 2020. During her time at Warner Bros., Eloise provided regular support to HR in relation to a wide range of employment matters including disciplinaries, grievances and dismissals and provided support with reviewing global HR policies, employment agreements and consultancy agreements across multiple jurisdictions. Her time at Warner Bros. gave her a greater understanding of the entertainment and media industry.
