Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation

Katherine supports the Dispute Resolution team on a variety of matters including property disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, and contractual disputes.

Katherine joined DMH Stallard from another local regional firm in 2021 as a Paralegal supporting the Real Estate team with a range of residential and commercial property work.

Katherine completed the LLB (Hons) in 2017 and the LLM Legal Practice Course in 2019 at the University of Law in Guildford.

Katherine became a trainee solicitor in 2022 and is currently working within the Dispute Resolution team.
