Over 10 years of property development experience in respect of developer’s acquisitions and sales, including complex options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, overages and title issues.

Lucy joined DMH Stallard after having worked in her previous firm for over 15 years.  She started her career acting for Registered Providers in respect of their property portfolios. Over 10 years ago she moved into the property development department, acting for developers.

She deals with all acquisitions of development sites whether it be by way of auction, outright purchase, option or conditional contract and thereafter all associated matters in order to have the site ready for rent or sale.

LARGE SITE SALE TO REGISTERED PROVIDER, TITLE CLEAN-UP

Sale of a large development site to a Registered Provider by way of a conditional contract including obtaining neighbouring land (adverse possession), completing a section 106 agreement and cleaning up the title involving removing old commercial leases and entries which were no longer applicable to the land


COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT SITE ACQUISITION VIA OPTIONS

Acquisition of development site via the exercise and completion of several options with different land owners with complexities including overages, title issues and development finance.
