Maureen is a Guildford-based Real Estate partner and acts in both residential conveyancing and all aspects of commercial real estate matters.

Maureen acts for a number of developers, both companies and individuals, in respect of all types of new builds, ranging from unique one-off bespoke houses to beautiful listed convents, contemporary apartment buildings to functional warehouses, offices and factories.

Maureen particularly enjoys the wide-range of work carried out for clients she has known for a number of years, as they move house, buy their holiday home or assist their children going out into the world, and as their needs evolve or their businesses grow.

Maureen qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has dealt with all aspects of real estate in and around Guildford since that time
