Rachel specialises in the drafting of documentation for house builders selling their new build plots whether they be freehold, leasehold or mixed tenure developments.

Many developments are now sold using the Help to Buy Scheme and Rachel has advised clients on the implications of this.

On occasion our client’s will part exchange an existing property for a new build property and Rachel is experienced in dealing with the buy-in of existing properties.
