DMH Stallard announces partner hire in Corporate team

DMH Stallard has welcomed Kate Partridge as a new Partner in the Corporate team based in the firms’ new Brighton office. Kate advises on a wide range of corporate work, including M&A and capital markets, and brings a strong client connection with her.

Kate joins from Illume, a female led commercial consultancy business, where she was one of the co-founders.  Kate began her career at Evershed’s in Birmingham, moving to BLP and Bear Stearns earlier in her career.

Jonathan Grant, Head of Corporate at DMH Stallard, said:

“I am delighted to welcome Kate to the team. DMH Stallard demonstrates that traditional law firms can offer a flexible, supportive work environment which allows an ambitious Partner like Kate to grow her practice with a strong team of junior lawyers.

Kate’s experience in founding and growing her own business fits our own commercial and practical approach to legal advice.  Kate has a strong practice in London together with a growing network on the South Coast, which compliments our own regional/London corporate business.”

Kate, who was a finalist in The Dynamic Awards 2024 in the Professional Services category, added:

“DMH Stallard provides the perfect working environment for me to look after clients in London and on the South Coast.  I am delighted to be part of such a well-respected team and at a firm where client experience is at the forefront of its strategy.”
