Since qualifying as a solicitor in March 2006, Katie has garnered extensive experience across various types of real estate transactions. Her portfolio includes commercial landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, deeds of surrender, assignments, sales, purchases, remortgages, and refinances.
Her diverse client group includes property developers, retailers, salons, pension funds, accountants, PR agencies, advertisers, gyms, nurseries, and restaurants. In addition to her commercial work, Katie has acted on hundreds of sales, purchases, and remortgages for residential clients, ranging from first-time buyers to buy-to-let investors with extensive portfolios.
