RESTRUCTURING AND INSOLVENCY

Third Dispute Resolution Partner hire in 2022

DMH Stallard has announced a senior partner appointment in their regional dispute resolution office. Frank Bouette joins the firm from Shakespeare Martineau.

Frank is the third partner hire in the dispute resolution team in 2022, following the appointment of Nicola Billen in March and Matthew Akers in February.

Frank specialises in providing managed solutions in financially distressed scenarios to assist owner-managed businesses, companies, directors, lenders, investors and other stakeholders, as well as insolvency office holders.

Simon Elcock, Head of Dispute Resolution, said:

“The appointment of these exceptional lawyers reflects the very high levels of contentious work that we are undertaking and our determination to always attract the best people in the sector.

“I’m really delighted that Frank is joining us and that clients will soon be benefiting from his vast experience and astute commercial judgement.”

Frank has particular experience assisting with the restructuring of care homes and dental practices and assisting parties suffering financial distress in the education and charities sectors.

Frank Bouette said:

“DMH Stallard has become a leading name in the UK’s legal sector and so it’s a very proud moment for me joining such a highly regarded firm.”

DMH Stallard has six offices across London, Surrey and Sussex.
