Ben advises on the disposal and acquisition of businesses by way of transfers of a going concern and he provides advice on the real estate elements of transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of shares.

He has particular expertise in advising clients with large property portfolios and on landlord and tenant matters. Whether advising in relation to portfolios or a one off matter, Ben works with each client in the most effective way to meet their individual needs and objectives.
