Lucienne is a Partner with wide experience of all types of personal injury claims including clinical and dental negligence cases.

Lucienne’s particular expertise lies in accidents at work, accidents at sea, in the air and on the road, high value cases involving brain injury, spinal injuries, multiple injuries and Claimant medical negligence matters. She also has experience of dealing with inquests and was involved in a lead case in the Hepatitis C blood transfusion litigation.

Lucienne has particular experience of high value cases involving brain injury, spinal injuries and multiple injuries and has settled several cases for amounts in excess of £1m. She also has experience of industrial disease claims, mesothelioma and asbestosis. She is a specialist in sports related personal injury claims and successfully represented the Claimant in the high-profile 2007 Court of Appeal Case Mountford v Newlands School [2007] EWCA Civ 21. In addition, she deals with and advises on defendant personal injury claims for existing clients.

Lucienne qualified as a solicitor in 1987.
