Phillip undertakes a wide variety of property transactions for a broad range of clients.

He has particular expertise in providing legal advice to substantial public limited companies, major developers and individual investors. He has specialised in a wide range of property matters throughout his career and has considerable experience across a number of sectors. Phillip regularly advises in relation to the commercial aspects and implications of property transactions.

He also has expertise in relation to complex residential and commercial acquisitions and sales, portfolio purchases and sales, and property and land development work. He also regularly advises in respect of site acquisition and unit sales.

Phillip also has considerable experience handling auction transactions and always adopts a sensible, proactive and clear approach.

Phillip is a London-based Real Estate Partner who joined DMH Stallard in December 2015 from the long standing London solicitors Ross & Craig. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995.
