Whilst at the helm of DMH Stallard the firm has grown from £19m to over £40m, attracted the best talent in the region, hit record levels of profit and eliminated all debts.
Richard’s journey to leadership was marked by a pursuit of knowledge and dedication to serving clients with integrity and professionalism. He started his career over 30 years ago at DMH Stallard and quickly rose through the ranks due to his exceptional commercial acumen and leadership qualities. With over three decades of experience in the legal profession, Richard has built a sterling reputation. He believes the success of the firm is a result of closely working together and supporting each other as a team.
He understands the legal landscape is constantly evolving and ensures the firm maintains its position as a regional leader by embracing technological advancements and adapting to emerging legal trends.
Beyond his role within the firm Richard is actively involved in the legal and business community, serving on the Board of Law South , participating in industry events and mentoring and inspiring the next generation of legal professionals. Richard has focussed his energy on making DMH Stallard a great place to work so that the firm attracts and retains the best people, seeking out merger partners who share our ethos and creating a culture that focusses on delivering the best results for our clients.
