Roger covers a broad range of real estate transactional work from sales and purchases to the grant, variation and surrender of leases of business premises and option, promotion, collaboration and overage agreements.

He heads up the Real Estate group in the firm’s Brighton office, looking after a broad mix of non-contentious commercial and residential property work.

Roger advises companies large and small, private pension fund trustees, investors, landowners, developers, housing associations and other charities as well as owner/occupiers.

He has a wealth of experience in commercial property, focusing on property development and business lease negotiation and has dealt with a high number of cases throughout his career.

In recent years, in addition to having looked after the office portfolio of a major insurance group for many years, Roger’s property development focus has moved to housing associations and residential developers, although he also acts for local authority development companies and for landowners in the negotiation of promotion agreements with developers.
