Claire’s background of both residential conveyancing transactions for private clients and plot sales for household name developers, enables her to really understand the needs of every party involved in a transaction. Claire is able to apply her skills to manage expectations and deliver the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Claire regularly acts for several independent distribution network operators and independent gas transporters. Transactions range from deeds of grant for easements serving small housing developments through to large scale commercial multi party schemes involving substations and pressure reducing installations. Claire also takes a keen interest acting in injurious affection claims and appreciates the needs of both the land owners granting rights for existing apparatus and also the networks in securing rights for their existing apparatus.
Claire takes client care very seriously and prides herself on being able to understand both sides to a transaction and communicates effectively to deliver completion of schemes on budget and on time. Since joining the Real Estate and Utilities team at DMH Stallard LLP in 2014, Claire has completed her GDL and continues her studies with the LPC LLM.
Claire became a trainee solicitor in 2022.
