Kay is a corporate associate specialising in commercial contracts and is based in the Gatwick office. She joined the firm when it merged with Rawlison Butler in September 2017.
Kay advises on a broad range of local and international commercial and information technology agreements as well as intellectual property, e-commerce, competition law and data protection matters.
Kay’s work with the Corporate Team includes leading and supporting due diligence on corporate transactions. Kay works for a wide variety of clients from businesses starting out, through to local, national and multinational corporations assisting their management and in-house legal teams.
Kay’s particular expertise cover commercial contracts, franchising, agency and distribution, supply of goods and services, intellectual property, brand protection and licensing, data protection and privacy and technology and e-Commerce.
