Nicola has specialised in dispute resolution since 2004, with significant experience in a broad range of commercial disputes.

Nicola joined DMH Stallard having worked for several well known regional firms and also a role as General Counsel for a securities company.

Nicola acts for clients in a range of industries including IT and telecommunications, dealing with disputes ranging from general contractual, to corporate and shareholder.

Nicola prides herself on being a solutions provider and working closely with her clients to best achieve the very best commercial outcome.

Work highlights

Acting for a telecommunications company in relation to a dispute over a call-off contract.
Representing a software company over a dispute regarding ownership of its IT platform and source code, which included applying for injunctive relief.
