Having looked, in our last two webinars, at the new world of work, this time we look in more detail at two of the practical issues employers will be facing when introducing new working arrangements.

First, Simon Bellm, look at some of the contractual issues that have to be addressed in putting in place new working arrangements and, second, Stephen ten Hove explores the legal framework which applies when monitoring employees who work from home.
