Our real estate capability is unparalleled. Many law firms may say they are able to support the full life cycle of property ownership but we can genuinely make that claim. Our property department includes one of the largest in-house planning teams in the country (including both lawyers and chartered planners), a property dispute resolution practice, a construction team as well as a very substantial transactional capability.

The team comprises 30 real estate partners and consultants across our four sites in London, Gatwick, Guildford and Brighton who are supported by over 60 property professionals and support lawyers.

Property comprises almost half of our turnover, and growing.

How our real estate lawyers work

The number of our property partners and consultants enables us to offer a genuine partner led approach on projects and assignments.

DMH Stallard’s real estate capability enables us draw together expertise to build multi-disciplinary teams and to offer a genuine start to finish legal service. We support clients from site appraisal and, where necessary, assembly, acquisition, planning and thereafter construction, through to management and disposal. Speed is often of the essence and the scale of our practice enables us to assemble teams and turn projects round rapidly and efficiently.
