Lydia is an Employment Solicitor delivering pragmatic and commercially sound advice to organisations in both the public and private sectors.

Lydia has a thorough and focused understanding of claims in the Employment Tribunals and provides support and advice to clients throughout proceedings. She undertakes her own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal and advocates for clients with skill and precision.

Lydia graduated from the University of Manchester with a 2:1 in Classical Studies before going on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law, attaining a ‘VC’ in the Bar Professional Training Course, and a Distinction in her Masters in Legal Practice. Lydia was awarded BPP University’s Advocacy Scholarship in 2019.

Lydia joined the firm in 2021, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023.
