Will is a Partner in the Employment Law team, based at the Gatwick office. He has specialised in employment law for over two decades, boasting expertise in all facets of this area.

Will primarily engages with corporate clients, whilst also providing advice to senior executives.

In addition to advising corporate clients on avoiding and resolving complex legal issues, company restructures and international issues, he is very experienced with dealing with the termination of senior executives.

Will has particular expertise advising on company sales and restructures, TUPE, GDPR, negotiation of senior executive service contracts and severance terms, restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal claims and discrimination. He frequently advises on cross border issues.

Will qualified as a solicitor in 2001.

Advising the directors of a technology company following a data breach by former employees, guiding them through the data protection implications and helping them to avoid potential reputational harm.
