Facebook Data Breach Claims

Social media giant Facebook is currently at the centre of a furore focused on their role in the sharing of over 87 million profiles with third parties Cambridge Analytica, SCL Group Limited and Global Science Research Limited (GSR), without the permission or knowledge of the profile owners.

Facebook have promised to notify their members who have had their personal data compromised, but if you have used or downloaded any of the apps involved in the scandal then you could have a claim for any distress you have suffered as a result.

You may be entitled to receive compensation for:

  • Financial loss
  • Psychological damage
  • Damage to your reputation
  • Stress, worry and anxiety
