Leasehold enforcement is heavily regulated and if the right procedures are not followed then the debt will not be recoverable.
We make it our business to ensure that this risk is properly managed so that our clients make the maximum recovery in all cases.
We work on a no-win-no-fee basis on all cases that meet our simple criteria. Where these criteria are not fulfilled, we will usually act on fixed fees and we will not require payment of our fees until the conclusion of each matter.
If a matter becomes defended, it will be handled by our real estate dispute resolution team.
