DMH Stallard has acted for Dowgate Capital Limited in its role as corporate adviser and broker to Otaq plc (OTAQ) in a £3.6 million (before expenses) fundraising which was completed on the admission of OTAQ’s ordinary shares to trading on the Access Segment of the AQSE Growth Market on 9 November 2022. The fundraising involved a firm placing, broker option, further placing and open offer. At the same time, OTAQ completed a capital reorganisation and delisted from the Standard Segment of the Official List and withdrew its shares from trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
OTAQ is a highly innovative technology company targeting the aquaculture, geotracking and offshore markets. It already has a number of established products in its portfolio and is focused on further developing its presence, customer base and cross selling opportunities within core markets both organically and via acquisition.
